Timeline: One week, starting 01/08/2024 Terms and Conditions
i. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) shall be applicable to each user who:
Complies with onboarding requirements and any specific activity event level requirement;
Is a user already registered with the Okto platform, or;
Is a new user who registers successfully on the Okto platform.
ii. These Terms govern User participation in the Activity. By participating in the Activity, User agrees to comply with these (i) Terms (ii) Terms of Use, and (iii) Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms. In case of any inconsistency or conflict between these Terms and any other incorporated terms, the provisions of these Activity Terms shall prevail.
iii. Babydoge Airdrop will be done on 9th of August, 2024.
iv. Okto shall have the sole right and discretion to decide and declare the eligible Users for the Activity. The Users hereby waive all rights to dispute any decision of Okto in this regard, and Okto does not undertake any liability, responsibility, or guarantee towards any User.
v. Okto holds all rights to revoke the reward or any rights therein in case of any fraud, breach of network security, misrepresentation, negligence, any activity to avail the reward by any illegal or immoral means, breach of applicable law, or terms herein by any User. Okto shall have the right to proceed against the User in a manner as Okto may deem fit.
vi. Okto reserves the right to discontinue, suspend, modify, or cancel the Activity or any terms contained herein for any or all of its User(s).
Campaign Duration
Verification
Traders' trading volumes will be verified based on the data available on the platform. Any discrepancies or disputes will be resolved by the platform's administration team, and their decision will be final.
Fraud Prevention and Verification
To prevent fraudulent activities and ensure compliance with the terms of this campaign, Okto may require participants to undergo additional verification processes. Failure to comply with these verification requests may result in disqualification from the campaign and forfeiture of any rewards.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute arising in relation to the campaign, the decision of Okto shall be final and binding. Participants agree to submit to the exclusive discretion of Okto for the resolution of any such disputes.
Official Communication
All official communications regarding the campaign will be conducted through Okto’s official channels. Participants are advised to rely solely on information received through these channels for updates and instructions pertaining to the campaign.
Amendment of Terms
Okto reserves the unilateral right to amend, alter, or otherwise modify the terms and conditions of the campaign at any time without prior notice. Participants agree to be bound by any such amendments as a condition of continued participation in the campaign.
Compliance
By participating in the campaign, traders agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Acceptance of Terms
Participation in the campaign constitutes the participant's full and unconditional agreement to these terms and conditions. By participating in the campaign, participants warrant that they meet the eligibility criteria and agree to abide by all terms and conditions as stipulated herein.
